40 Denier, very soft and Sheer Lycra pantyhose in really large sizes. Nude look (sheer to waist) tights with a central panel for the comfortable and relaxed fit. Light compression(mmHg 3-7) hose helps to keep your legs energized and rested all day long. It's almost impossible to find Italian quality hosiery in these sizes.
